Only active members of the EWGA St. Louis Chapter can submit an event or article for website publication.
Can a non-member submit an event or article for publication on the EWGA St. Louis Chapter website?
A non-member must submit the event or article to the St. Louis Chapter Board review and approval for posting on the website.
What is the deadline to submit an event or article for publication?
For active chapter member, a 2 week window minimum recommended. Information received by Friday midnight will be posted by the upcoming Tuesday. Email timestamp received will apply.
For non-member – The board meets the second Monday of each month. Please submit your request accordingly, allowing time to be reviewed by the board and meet your timetable for publication.
What information should be included on an event?
Name of the event, date, time, location, cost, and host name along with applicable contact information.
What information should accompany the publication request?
Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number of the requester must accompany all requests for publication.
What formats are acceptable for publication?
Acceptable Formats: MS Word, MS Excel, PDFs. All content must be publication ready.

For members, in the email Subject, type the words Website Publication Request.
For non-members, in the email Subject, type the words: Website Publication Request for Non-Member.
Webmaster reserves the right to:
- delay publication of any event or information materials that may require St. Louis Chapter Board review and approval, even if time sensitive.
- not publish any event or informational material received that was deemed not publication ready or inappropriate for the website.
- not publish any event or informational material received that did not contain requester contact information.
- modify event or informational materials to meet the website template.
- question, request additional information, or seek clarifications from the requester.
- publish events / information earlier than the Tuesday publishing date.
